GotHuman Companion starts with care homes. This page says what the portal does, and what isn't here yet.

What the portal does

Where GotHuman Companion is open, the care home portal lets you:

• Set up your care home as an organization, with one site or several.
• Add staff and give them roles, so each person sees only what their job needs.
• Add residents, with a record of their consent and, where someone else decides for them, the authority that person holds.
• Import residents from a CSV file saved from a spreadsheet, and check it before anything is added.

Where it isn't open yet, this site says so at the top of every page.

Verification by our team

A new care home is verified by our team before it can go further. We check who you are and that your home is licensed in Sacramento, where care facilities are regulated by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS).

What isn't here yet

You can't book visits yet, and nothing takes payment. We'll tell you when booking opens, and the pages here will change when it does.

Records kept with consent

A resident's consent and authority records are kept with the resident, and you can update them as things change.
