• The reference shown on the error, if there was one. It is two groups of four letters and numbers, and it lets us find what went wrong.
• The page you were on.

What not to include

Please don't put personal details in your message: no names of residents, dates of birth, health details, addresses or passwords. The reference is enough for us to look into it.

Urgent matters

We aren't an emergency service. If someone is in danger or needs medical help, call the emergency services.
